Uncle Buddy’s Italian Herb Marinade 12 oz bottle.
This is an incredible marinade or mop, complimenting any chicken, pork, or lamb dish perfectly. Heck, we even use it as a salad dressing. Inspired by a northern favorite, tell us if you can guess what that is!
Try this recipe!
1. Placed rinsed chicken, lamb, beef or pork in a large zip lock bag and pour in 2/3 bottle of Uncle Buddy’s Italian Herb Marinade.
2. Seal bag and store in the refrigerator overnight, or for up to 48 hours (best results).
3. Before cooking, remove the bag from the fridge and let it rest at room temperature for about 1/2 hour. This will allow the meat to come up to room temperature and ensure even cooking throughout.
4. Remove the meat from the marinade. Discard the bag and used marinade.
5. Sprinkle a pinch of salt on the meat and cook on high heat to desired done-ness. Use the remaining 1/3 bottle of Uncle Buddy’s Italian Herb Marinade to baste the meat while it is cooking.
Pro Tip!
Tenderize the meat prior to placing it in the marinade with a meat tenderizing hammer. (Only for boneless cuts)

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
